Back in 2018, Babs had a dream — to bring the taste and soul of his beloved African barbecue to the UK. From secret dry rubs passed down through generations to slow-smoked techniques that take hours to perfect.

Today, BabsGrill BBQ is always out and about making sure the slow-smoked BBQ secret rubs and sauce recipes are up to perfection — and the BBQ obsession and attention as obtainable in the Motherland are kept alive.
